Independent External Investigation Service for Schools & Colleges
When a student, parent or member of staff submits a complex complaint, leaders must ensure that the investigation is thorough, fair, and compliant with statutory duties. JMC’s specialist external investigation team provides an independent, confidential and proportionate review, helping schools and colleges resolve concerns with confidence.
Our service supports state schools, academies, MATs, FE colleges and independent schools, and is aligned to the current Ofsted framework, ISI expectations, and statutory guidance including KCSIE, the Equality Act 2010, and the SEND Code of Practice (2015).
