• Managing the inspection strategically, including prioritising your time, maintaining calm oversight and avoiding common pitfalls leaders face during inspection.

Preparing the Ofsted Nominee

The role of the Ofsted Nominee (or Executive Nominee in larger settings) is crucial to the smooth and professional running of an inspection. Our mentoring includes specialist preparation for leaders undertaking this responsibility, ensuring they fully understand the expectations and strategic influence of the role.

Nominee preparation covers:
