With Ofsted’s 2025 framework now evaluating schools across multiple dimensions—including Curriculum and Teaching, Inclusion, and Personal Development—this INSET equips school leaders and PSHE leads with the tools to deliver exceptional PSHE education that is both statutorily compliant and transformative for pupils.

This immersive one-day training session is designed to help schools move beyond compliance and towards a strategic, impactful PSHE curriculum that supports pupils’ readiness for life, learning, and the wider world. Drawing on case studies, national guidance, and Ofsted’s latest expectations, participants will explore how to embed PSHE meaningfully across the curriculum and demonstrate its impact on learners’ development.

  • Explore how PSHE contributes to multiple evaluation areas: Personal Development, Safeguarding, Curriculum and Teaching, and Inclusion.

  • Structure a progressive, age-appropriate PSHE curriculum that meets RSHE statutory requirements.
  • Ensure curriculum intent reflects ambition for all learners, including those with SEND or facing disadvantage.
