Purpose of the INSET
This session supports headteachers and SLT in leading an Ofsted ready school. It provides strategic insight into each judgement area, helping leaders prepare their teams, strengthen internal evaluation, and confidently present their school’s vision and impact during inspection.
This course could be offered as one to one or small group mentoring.
JMC Mentoring can be either face to face or online.

Leading an Ofsted Ready Curriculum & Teaching Strategy
- Articulating curriculum intent and rationale.
- Ensuring progression and coherence across subjects and phases.
- Supporting subject leaders with curriculum documentation and evidence.
- Aligning pedagogy and assessment with curriculum goals.
Creating an Ofsted Ready Behaviour Culture
- Promoting high expectations and consistency across the school.
- Monitoring attendance, punctuality, and conduct.
