Purpose of the INSET

This session supports headteachers and SLT in leading an Ofsted ready school. It provides strategic insight into each judgement area, helping leaders prepare their teams, strengthen internal evaluation, and confidently present their school’s vision and impact during inspection.

Creating an Ofsted Ready Behaviour Culture

  • Promoting high expectations and consistency across the school.
  • Monitoring attendance, punctuality, and conduct.
  • Supporting vulnerable pupils and managing behaviour inclusively.
