Teacher CPD is so important and so personal, it is essential that schools get it right to attract, retain and develop staff of quality.

At JMC we have a passion for developing teaching and learning. We offer a robust range of courses, all enriched with ideas, techniques and strategies to help bring out the best in the practice of all teachers.

CPD : Whole School Impact

Our whole school or whole department approach provides unique opportunities for teachers to work together to enhance and develop their practice while our coaching and mentoring programmes give a more personal touch to enhancing skills and practice.

Local Networks and Clusters

JMC already provide CPD across groups of schools , Academy Trusts, local clusters and networks. We have well established links and have provided high quality training for many years for professional associations of schools such as IAPS, The ISA & SATIPS.

The courses and insets (in-house) provided for SATIPS were consistently rated 10/10 by delegates and schools, prompting many repeat bookings. I cannot recommend this organisation more highly.

Sarah Kirby-Smith, Director of Education for SATIPS

Economies of Scale

We are also keen to encourage schools to club together to further benefit from the economies of scale. If you book an INSET with us as the lead school why not sell places to neighbouring schools to make your own school’s budget go further?

Improving the Quality of Teaching

Our teaching and learning courses can be tailored to address the priorities of your school. They can be adjusted to meet your objectives and teacher CPD needs.

We understand schools and education. What sets us apart from the competition is that all our staff are experienced teachers and senior leaders.

“The combination of ideas, strategies, practical examples and activities made this the most useful CPD I have completed in some time”

Helen Taylor , Head of Sixth Form, Leighton Park School

Teachers respond best to in-school INSET when they can see tangible ‘take aways’ from the training. All our courses are packed full of strategies and resources which are ready to use in the classroom the very next day.

“Given me plenty of ideas to try with my classes to spice up my lessons”

Dr Alex Komissarova , Merchant Taylor’s School

Please browse the course details below and use our enquiry form to let us know what interests you, and we can begin to create a truly bespoke training solution for your school.
